We also ask that you don’t cancel your built to order product.
International shipping

Please allow additional time for international shipments, obviously.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
Hack the Planet is not responsible for ANY customs or duties fee’s. If you decide that you can’t pay customs fee’s you may return the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
14-Day Return Policy
You can request a return for one or more products by emailing info@hacktheplanet.world within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. No exceptions. Returns that show any form of use or damage will be denied and a refund will not be issued.
Cost to Return
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.
Exchanges
Sorry, there are no exchanges. The easiest way to handle an “exchange” is to return the product that didn’t work for your needs. We’ll then process a refund and you can reorder a new product.
